Job functions included: attending weekly meetings to submit and review earned value and spin curves, performing schedule updates, entering new projects and submitting additional reports as requested. Daily gathering of updates from PM. Performed engineering project control activities, using a PERT - CPM, bar diagrams and man- hours control systems, drawings and specifications production control, progress reports preparation, coordination of the production and supporting to Project Management.
 

* Planning and progress control for Administrative Buildings and the NGL Marine Terminal 
Detail Engineering of Jose Cryogenic Project located

Accomplishments:
Completed the biggest NGL Marine Terminal in Venezuela, the project consisted in the development of civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation engineering, of a loading dock with a 40 x 50 m platform and a 1.913,00 m access trestle. The scope included technical supervision of construction, was concluded on time and within the budget.
 

•Phase II.  EPC ISPS Project. International Ship and Port Security.

Construction scheduling, Ensured that the schedule was on target for invoicing, leveling resources and analyzing earned value. Attended Meetings to ensure fulfillment to client’s specifications and standard operating procedures. Collaborated with Subcontractors to ensure project compliance. updated schedule utilizing P3, Implemented invoicing, submittals, transmittals, daily reports, purchase orders and more, utilizing Project Management Software. engineering, taking on account the permits process, land 
owners, procurement of equipment and materials, through 
the construction and start up.
* Responsibility in the planning and progress control of 
the engineering of the whole project.
* Inspection, as part of project control team, of 
the detail engineering progress, assigned man hours 
control, progress control of drawing production, 
specifications, materials take off and construction 
quantities production.

Projects: 
* Inspection responsibility of the planning and progress 
control of detail engineering development for the First 
Section of the Anaco - Margarita Gas Pipeline, being 
performed at the headquarter of the engineering company

Working at fabrication site during the first stage of construction.
